These are large 4 wick, 9x6” dough bowls, 2.5 inches deep, and hold 25 ounces of wax. They are made with 100% natural kosher soy wax. They have no chemicals and are paraffin and petroleum-free. They are topped with natural botanicals. The bowls are made from Jacaranda wood, which is known to be one of the most beautiful woods in the world. I purchase these beautiful bowls from a small shop in Eastern Kenya, a not-for-profit that supports the elderly women of the village. Bought one for me, one for my sister. Be prepared--the throw on this fragrance is, erm. Profound! But I bought the fragrance cuz I love it, so no problem for me, though my cat did a lot of sneezing, I must say.

As others have stated, you smell the candle as you are opening the box. Beautiful. I love the story of this candle and it makes me happy to be a part of that.
